The staff at the front desk was extremely welcoming and even recognized my daughter's birthday by giving her a treat. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The location of the hotel was convenient for our needs.
The TV stations/channels were a bit confusing and it would have been helpful if there was a plastic sheet of programming in each room to assist patrons.
